![]() ![]() There is a crease across the rear just above the clearance lights but no leaks anywhere in the trailer. Refrigerator gets very cold on 110v and gas. Heat is a ducted gas furnace that heats the trailer very quickly. The interior lights work and the roof air conditioner works great. The axles have been aligned and it is easy to pull. Original propane switching valve in place and works great. Curtains are original and have been cleaned. All cabinet doors are original and function properly. One small crack in formica by the kitchen sink. All appliances are original with the addition of a microwave. Replaced two singles beds with one full size futon which can be used as a bed or a couch. Replaced front couch with two reclining chairs. We did a minor remodel by taking out the shower, front couch, and separate single sleep beds. Everything works except the roof fan vent in the front, oven and one night light. Tires about year and a half old with approx 2500 miles. Self-contained with fresh water tank but we have only used it in full hook up RV parks. The rear door opens up to the under-bed storage area which features a pull-out cabinet that has a propane camp stove and storage for all your cooking utensils. The front passenger captain's chairs swivel to the rear cabin for extra comfort. The interior has a sleeping capacity for three adults and/or children and plenty of storage for all your camping gear.
